Dunes International Projects LLC is one of the leading processor of Crusher products in Sultanate of Oman. Being part of an established Construction Company, we have been in the business of quality aggregate production in the most environment friendly way for over two decades.

We operate quarries in several locations in the Sultanate with a current installed capacity of 1850 tons per hour. With our long experience in dealing with all the stakeholders in the industry, we are familiar with all the standards & specifications of various types of aggregates as mandated by the authorities and the industry in the GCC region.

Dunes has set up its own laboratories at various locations where finished materials are regularly tested. Further, periodic tests are done in third party laboratories to counter-check the accuracy of our test results.

The technical advice for all the operations is rendered by M/s. National Earth Secrets, a leading Geological Consultancy in Sultanate of Oman.

    • Suwaiq (Around 135 kms from Muscat)
      Consists of 3 Crusher Plants with Screening Plants with a Combined Capacity of 600 TPH.
    • Liwa (Around 250 kms from Muscat)
      Consists of 3 Crusher Plants with Screening Plants with a Combined Capacity of 450 TPH.

    QUALITY CONTROL

    The Crusher products are tested periodically in Third Party Laboratories and tests are also conducted in the company owned Laboratories at Suwiq, Sohar and Ibra.

    SAFETY MEASURES

    Health and safety is of paramount importance in all crushers. The management of Dunes International Projects LLC ensures the safety of the staffs and the safe running of the crushers by adhering to strict health and safety regulations. The following guidelines have been practiced:

    • Check all the operators and drivers are correctly assessed and competent to operate the equipment.
    • Ensure that all vehicles and equipment are fitted with relevant safety devices.
    • Keeping a log of all faults in equipment and vehicles and ensures that the correct measures are carried out for dealing with these faults.
    • Put regulations in place dictating the specific safety measures to be undertaken for both crusher equipment and vehicles.

    PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT

    The following guidelines have been followed for the protection of environment:

    • Regular sprinkling of water is ensured on roads and premises so that no dust is generated due to vehicular movement.
    • Regular cleaning and wetting of ground within premises.
    • Adequate plantation provided all along the periphery of premises.
    • The loaded material in trucks are covered with tarpaulin sheets.
